I thought this episode was dumb, and not even in the fun way. I get the whole 'dream logic' thing, but it was still pretty dumb even with that in mind. And that doesn't even explain away things outside of the dream, like why Sho and Phillip would just sleep randomly outside in the open, or why Weather would wake them up THEN start killing them, rather than just immediately killing them.

There were some fun scenes, Ryu's nightmare was great and the dream logic fights were fun, even if I now wish for a period W on a horse. But overall it was kinda blah.
