Japan is in a current state of change. With an economical crisis slowly begin to die off, a rebuilding process is beginning to take place. Technology is rapidly advancing, pop culture is changing, and the government begins to shake things up as well. Times are changing and a champion is needed to bring Japan into it's new age.

Enter Suzuki Ryō, a 22 year old male who seems to do nothing with his life. He slacks around, seems to always be borrowing money from his friends to buy whatever currently has his interest. Many consider him to be a poor example of a Japanese person within these current times.

What they don't know however is that Ryō is helping Japan in more ways then they know. When trouble breaks out, Ryō is the first on the scene, he using the XV Driver to transform into the masked hero known as Kamen Rider XV. With this power, he will fight to protect Japan and become it's champion. He fighting for the country itself, as for himself. As a top company head within Japan has taken hostage Ryō's beloved Misaki.

With the XV Driver on his side, Ryō will fight to protect his country and save his loved one. He will fight as:

Kamen Rider XV (仮面ライダーXV)!
