I like N-Y's delayed payment and cheaper price (Duh) but I also like Anime Export's order system where you can hold items to ship together. Unfortunately they make you pay upfront, and this is $5 more expensive to boot. Jeez.

Yes any no. Remember though web exclusives can only be purchased directly in Japan. Any middleman service you use will charge a premium/fee on top of the normal price. This will vary from site to site. Otherwise there would be no profit for them.

You can technically ship together from Nippon Yasan as well, but payment for the full order is due at the earliest release date of items in the order.
