Philip has a body. He's not a human being, but he's still real. He's a "data human." A physical manifestation of the Gaia Library's knowledge. He's still a physical being, and Fang is meant to protect him just like it does in the series: whenever Shotaro's not around.

It's coming, though. A while back, last year's Tamashii event IIRC, he was on display, with joints and everything.

And yes, Utpoia is one of my favourite villain designs. Even the memory has an awesome image, a "U" formed by two smiling faces holding hands, almost tricking you into thinking it's not the cruel thing it is. I love how his body looks like ancient armour, or a city, that's corroded and chipped away, like a lost paradise.
