A what? They're in error? Probably from what the OP says, but I think the word you're looking for based on your context is reputable.

That said, while there may have been snow storms in the last few days in Japan, there is no excuse for it not having been shipped by the 7th if you were told five business days. That's just ridiculous.

Hopefully you can file a claim, because I would, trustworthy or not there is no reason for taking two weeks to ship, because now, BECAUSE of snow storms, it's going to take even longer.
