Yeah, I'm hesitant to order with them again. I'm not expecting them to rip me off, at least, I hope not but I'm basically at their mercy and it's a bit scary when, throughout every step of the process, it takes more than the time they say for them to get back to me.

But above all, I just wish there was some way to view the status of an item on their website or something and that's kinda why I don't like how I have to constantly email them to find out any info whatsoever right now. Right now, I don't know what happened to it. It can literally be anything from they've been held back by snow, to them shipping it out and forgetting to tell me, to them completely forgetting about my item, to (god forbid) they lost it and are hesitant to tell me, or (god forbid even more) my item never actually came in and I'm just throwing money at them.

I almost 100% believe it's not the last scenario but the whole thing is...I can't exactly say for certain. It just sucks because I paid EMS shipping, and it's like paying SAL with any other business because at the end of the day, I still won't receive my item for 3-4 weeks after I paid shipping anyway.
