Just remembered that I had to explain the finisher to Convoy, so I thought I might post the explanation here for everyone as well, as some may not know this:
The statues they shoot at the monster are called Jizou in Japanese. You can often find them on the sides of streets in Japan and they are said to protect both travelers and the children that play in the streets. So when Conductor tells them that they could imagine the finisher to be anything they want, Raito decides that someone who bullied children should be finished off by the children's guardians and the team makes all the crying Jizou appear.
