Nintendo has proven time and time again it does not listen to the American fans when it comes to bringing games to America I don't think they are going to spend the time, effort, and money localizing a game that wouldn't even have a noticeable market size in this country. Virtually no one would buy this game outside of the toku community in the U.S.

I can attest to that, it takes a few hours to figure out everything, but given time you can get by. And the story is pretty much on the levels of the super hero taisen movies, just an excuse to blow up monsters with rider kicks, so not much to miss.
