Strengths and weaknesses:
Decade:

• Can turn into any previous rider before him and utilize their powers
• Can destroy Undead and enter the Mirror World without an Advent deck
• Machine Decader can turn into previous bikes
• Most Powerful form: Complete form
• Complete form can summon the other Heisei Rider's most powerful forms or turn them into them.
• Can turn other Heisei Rider's into their FFR forms, however this is irrelevant in this battle.
• Can destroy other worlds, irrelevant in this battle.
• Weakness: Belt can be removed from him, Ride Booker that contains his cards can be taken from him. When he summons the most Powerful form of another rider, he can only summon one at a time and has to keep pressing and removing the Ktouch. The Rider can only mimic Decade's actions

Kabuto:

• When first transforming, Zecter can defend Kabuto, Masked form armor can be ejected and cause damage
• Can Clock Up- allowing him to move faster than the eye can see
• Most Powerful Form: Hyper Kabuto
• In Hyper Kabuto form, can hyper clock up, allowing him to move faster than before
• In Hyper Form, can use the Perfect Zecter, allowing him to summon other Zecters to him and utilize their powers for the Maximum Hyper
• Kabuto Extender is his Rider Machine, able to switch from the fast Masked Mode to the offensive-oriented Ex Mode
• Weakness- Requires the Zecter to henshin. If incapacitated, can't transform. Tends to be overconfident at times.
