Honestly? People like to pick holes in things. That's not a new phenomenon, in fact its probably as old as time. Doctor Who fans have always picked the hell out of their favourite show. Every new doctor gets a resounding cry of ewww I hate him, before everyone does a 180 and can't bare to see him leave. It's much the same with Sentai suits designs.

Case in point, me and Battlizer and Locke rag on this show's behind-the-scene morality issues all the damn time, but at least 2 out of the 3 of us have admitted to enjoying it at a base level.

I'll say it again, having Noah be seen training is orders of magnitude better than him randomly having the skills when the Gokaiger footage turns up. That's not to say there's nothing wrong with the character and how he's handled, just... try seeing the wood for the trees... training for a few seconds on screen often equals a couple of days in tv land.

That's not a new thing either.
