Considering that the Rangers have shown fatigue from using Legendary Mode, they can use their Megaforce Keys to "turn off" Legendary Mode if they need to keep fighting for a bit longer.

As an analogy, consider the brightness on your phone. The brighter it gets, the more energy it uses, so when you are at 35% power, you turn it down to last until you can get it to a charger.
