So, the results are now in, how'd you feel?

Personally I'm so glad Matthew McConaughey got an award for Leading Actor, I haven't even seen Dallas Buyers Club but he definitely deserved recognition for his talents all the same.

I'm really disappointed that Nebraska won no recognition at all, and Her only one a single award as to me they were two of the best films up for consideration this year.

Biggest disappointment though was 12 Years winning Best Picture, we all knew it would happen, but just one year I'd love for the Oscars to pick a film on the merits of it as a film and not just on which film baits the most from their audience. Just because your topic is important, doesn't mean your film is good, but it seems most people were utterly clouded by the topic.
