Not me.

Kaito just pings off me. I have no feelings towards the character either way. I view him in a positive light, but he's easily the least interesting. They've done everything right with him, I just don't find him a character worth mentioning except for when he does stuff like this, and even then it's only what he does, not who he is, that's interesting.

I'd consider him overblown.

That's not an anti-hero.

An anti-hero is a protagonist who's methods and character are the opposite of a typical protagonist. Spawn is an anti-hero. Punisher is an anti-hero. Kaito is not a protagonist, or a hero, so he's not an anti-hero.

If fans had their way, anybody who's not the main character would be labelled an "anti-hero."
