Am I better off watching Ultra Galaxy Legends before Revenge of Belial? Or if I'm looking to be won over by the Ultra franchise for the first time, would you say skip to RoB?

And say I really love this idea of a Land of Light and countless of Ultra-people. What series would be good to try out?
