I've seen 21 seasons of Power Rangers and about 10 seasons of Super Sentai, but honestly the only season that I've seen both and I think have come close to competing was Magiranger VS Mystic Force. Both would've probably been equal had Mystic Force not awkwardly tried to adapt the family plot of Magiranger later in the series which did nothing but push all the non-Reds into the shadows.

Zyuranger is better then MMPR, although neither are excellent, Gokaiger trounces Super Megaforce, Goseiger beats Megaforce, Megaranger beats In Space, Shinkenger beats out Samurai, Dekaranger beats out SPD and Dairanger and Jetman have nothing really to compare to and Kyoryuger hasn't been adapted yet.
