While I haven't had any problems with QC, I will say I think that the Go-Busters mold is probably the worst mold used for Sentai Figuarts. Their shoulders are pretty unforgivably awful, hindering articulation and looking pretty bad in a lot of poses at the same time. That's why I sort of took my time before buying them.
Gorisaki and Cheeda have completely different molds so they benefit from that, but Gorisaki has the problem of coming with absolutely nothing, including no extra hands (although from what I understand the in-show suit is made like that). Yellow Buster is awesome for coming with Usada though, especially because she sells for cheaper then Gorisaki and Blue Buster.

Not sure about show accuracy though. I haven't actually watched Go-Busters yet but I can't see much wrong comparing pictures.
