I'm gonna say it. I wasn't as big of a fan of this episode.

I'm beginning to think the series should be called "Because.....Kagura". She chews scenery in a way that I don't think makes the weekly challenge any challenge at all. Instead, her character is more of a moral pet than anything. It's annoying, and her actress comes off as really trying too hard to fit the part. It's not that I don't completely dislike her, I just don't think they should make her any more or less part of any story.

I just...I cant. There's about five things I could say about the standards of Japan. This is as honest though as you're gonna get, and a harsh reality I realized when I was a younger otaku. As I've been binge watching Akibaranger, I will just say my Juu Mosou is broken. Again, not bad, just reality. And because.....Kagura.

So overall, less Kagura, more Hikari would have been good. And the MOTW felt like the writers probably did for the episode, uninspired and unmotivated.
