What started out as simple mission to help relieve a girl of terrible nightmares has turned into a very hellish situation for the Dreamrangers. Separated, beaten, and running out of time, what are they to do?

Next time on Ikiryō Sentai Dreamranger: The Dreamrangers continue to fight against the wraith inside of Asami's head, Syuri searching high and low for her fellow comrades. But time is not on their side as the nightmares are getting stronger and stronger, and Asami's parents are close to breaking down and waking her up. To add insult to injury, Aimi is almost out of sleeping pills, meaning that sooner or latter Asami will wake up. Can the Dreamrangers defeat the wraith, cure Asami of her nightmares, and make it out of her dreams before time runs out?

Shinjiku, a ward that never seems to sleep has finally fallen under a deep sleep. A mysterious man has begun wreaking havoc on the ward and it's cities, and while this happens the residents start dropping like flies, they falling into deep comas.

A school trip that was suppose to be fun has now turned into an all out war. It's up to Syuri, Keiji, Paige, Aimi, and Dr. Edogawa to take down this unknown assailant and cure the people of their comas. For if they don't, the nightmarish queen Jung Moroi may just finally take control of Japan!
