Some of those are more interchangeable (especially between Makai Senki and Makai no Hana) but that's roughly it. I separated TOWSITD off because its a seemingly separate storyline.

I'd flip Kiba and Red Requiem (they were released on dvd around the same time, but Red a Requiem had been in theaters before that), but other than that I'd agree.
