Ok. I feel like the entire Power Rangers continuity got messed up. Ok, so RPM is in a different dimension, and yet they have Jungle Karma Pizza. Also, Mac's helmet appeared in an episode of RPM. Also, Clash of the Red Rangers taking place after RPM Rangers got the Dinosaur Train Zord Things, as that was the engine cell that Scott was using in the "team-up". But all the RPM Zords were "deleted" by Venjix at the end of RPM. And the Rangers had to give up their morphers at the end as well because Venjix was trapped inside their morphers. This would place Clash of the Red Rangers before the end of RPM. This would also make RPM and Samurai take place at the same time. But General Venjix appears in Super Megaforce, and the Cogs (which I thought would be gone with Venjix) appear as well (see the opening to Super Megaforce. Emma is fighting some Cogs). Also,one could say that Samurai and Megaforce are the alternate dimension, (which would explain why Casey disappeared at the end of the Jungle Fury tribute episode). But other Rangers from past seasons appear at the end of Super Megaforce and..... Great.... now my brain is fried.

-Not all the RPM zords were deleted by Venjix. The Paleozord was the only zord deleted.
-The rangers didn't give up their morphers because Venjix was trapped in the morphers. They just gave up their morphers without really explaining why. In the last scene it was then implied that Venjix is inside the red ranger's morpher.
-Venjix wasn't a general, he's just Venjix.
-They're called grinders, not cogs.
-The grinders exist because the movie takes place before Venjix is defeated.
-Yes both Samurai and RPM take place at the same time, just in different realities.
-It hasn't been revealed that Venjix appears in Super Megaforce and it wouldn't make sense for him to do so.
-The reason Emma is fighting grinders is because in a later episode The SM rangers go to the RPM universe because they pick up a signal from Corinth, but it's just a ruse from Professor Cog.
