In general or Kamen Rider specifically? It's really not a fair thing to cpmpare the Kamen Riders in both lines because Bandai made the Ryuki Figuarts with the intent to make people stop buying the Figmas. They ended up going the extra mile on them just to do that.
If the Figuarts are an option for Ryuki/Dragon Knight, than go with that. However, I'm sure some will be exclusives (looking at you Femme!), in which case the Figmas become a much MUCH cheaper alternative.
Generally though, Figmas are like Revoltech without the clicking joints and like Figuarts for use of ball and socket joints. They also use a T-Bar similar to GI Joe, but with a rubber like piece over it so it's more posable and hides the joint better. Hiding joints is a trait of Figmas as well.
They are more detailed than Revoltech and less detailed than Figuarts (the Rider eyes for example). Figmas generally come with more accessories than Figuarts (until recently, at least).
Also, I give Figma kudos for including a stand and storage for extra parts with EVERY figure. Something Most Figuarts don't do and Revoltech doesn't do very well (though I love those orange boxes Revoltech has!).
Basically, of the 3 main "collectors" line of Japan, Figma rates somewhere in the middle between Revoltech and Figuarts. The price even tends to reflect such. Personally, I've enjoyed figures from all 3 lines with the only ones I kind of regret buying being in Revoltech (though some of my favs are from them too).
PS Figma handles capes by making them cloth (sometimes with wires to pose them) while the other lines have plastic capes with mixed results. I prefer the cloth capes, but that's just my preference.
