The Energy Rider suits are not segmented in this way. The Arms are fixed permanently to the suits used for filming. They have base body suits used for the henshin sequences but the main suits are all permanently with those specific arms. So they didn't have Lemon Energy Arms components floating around in the same way they did for say Pine, Banana, etc. They had to custom make new parts for Baron Lemon Energy.

And it's worth pointing out the arms switching between riders wasn't considered when making the suits.

Each torso piece has a rigid wrap-around piece the armour parts sit on. For Gaim, this means Orange, Pine and Strawberry each have a blue piece, and Banana and Mango have silver. (to match the undersuits) This is why Gaim magically has a silver upper torso when he switched to banana that one time.

Also, Gaim's frilly gold shoulder scallops are supposed to be part of his undersuit, but are really attached to the orange/pine/whatever armour. This is why in the intro the orange armour sitting their has those sallops, even though they're not part of the arms.
