Honestly, I'm kinda with Michhy on the topic of telling Mai what's going on. The absolute best outcome of her phenominally stupid 'tell everyone publicly' plan is that no one believes her. At worst, she could have started riots and pretty much played right into Yygdrasil's culling of the population. Anyone without a Driver is pretty much useless in this situation, and telling Mai will only lead to misery and death. It's a stupid move on Kota's part. To paraphrase Agent K from Men in Black: A person is smart. People, as a group, are stupid.

Not that the rest of Micchy's action here are justified, but the boy's clearly been going off the rails of mental stability ever since he got his first taste of being in control. Too bad he's too sneaky about it for anyone who could help him to notice.
