Well, the Overlords only whooped on Jinba Peach Gaim. Gaim had to go all out with Jinba Lemon just to beat Sigurd, who is pretty much the weakest energy rider. Meanwhile, Duke was able slap around Jinba Lemon Gaim and Baron without even breaking a sweat, and even Shin Zangestu can still run circles around Kachidoki Gaim and send him flying without using a finisher.

I think it's safe to say we haven't seen the upper power limits of the Genesis Drivers yet.

As for why Genesis Baron still has the same base suit (From a Watsonian point ofy view), it's not too hard to imagine Ryouma just copying some data from Kaito's Sengoku Driver.
