Especially in the case of someone he's planning to inevitably stab in the back. My guess is that he "unlocks" Takatora's Genesis Driver, or at least re-codes it to allow Micchy to use it.

Given that he did receive data from them, it he should be able to. Which brings up a point- why doesn't he just disable Kouta's SengokuDriver if he's still being a pain in the ass to them?
