Wizard is like a bad Fourze, structuringwise. Whereas Fourze decided to start its plot half way through, Wizard decides to start its plot in the last ten episodes. And whereas Meteor ends up being the best damn Rider in the show, Beast only becomes a good character in the last five episodes and does so at the expense of making Haruto look like crap.

The fight scenes are great from start to finish, some of the best in all of Rider - only beaten by Decade in my books - and are simultaneously the main reason to watch the series and the only thing other than Haruto that stops Wizard from being all round garbage.

Sadly Wizard's powers just aren't ever particularly interesting or ever really all that well explained either. I guess that is what happens when you start the plot as late as this show does. Haruto is a great character though.

The G3 unit designed the Suit to fight Grongi and not the Unknown and still Hikawa fights and never ever backs down. Honestly, I really didn't like him. What kind of policeman shouts at a woman during questioning a few moments after her husband died? And what kind of policeman agrees to meet a woman whose family is being targeted by a serial killer in the dead of night in an abandoned park. He's so far from heroic he was like the main villain of the episode.
