Considering the fact that not all Precure incarnations, while sharing the same formula, have the same tones, it's sounds more like HeartCatch and Happiness Charge more weren't your style rather than something as harsh as them being written by people who don't understand their audience.

Especially considering you gave the previous two one episode to judge...
