Yeah, this is a Power Rangers Samurai toy, but these are my (extremely) cheap alternative to buying Shinkenger Figuarts. However, Bandai of America is very unlikly to make a female red ranger (that I'm not sure is even in the show and don't care at this point). So yeah, took a Yellow Ranger body and a Red Ranger head and went to town on the paint. Simple really. I have noticed the shoulders sockets need some work, but din't see it until I reviewed the pics. They honestly look fine in person.

So what did I do with the extra parts? Hmm...let's ask the samurai authorized under the frontier...

ShinkenBrown!



I am so a nerd. For those not familiar with Shinkenger (you should fix that, it's quite good), there's a one shot episode where an american named Richard Brown gets saved by the Shinkengers and decides he must join them in the battle againist evil. He tracks them down, declares himself "ShinkenBrown," and hilarity ensues. So yeah, here's my version. I figure if he wasn't a joke, ShinkenBrown would be a gunslinging american. A cowboy to complement the samurais. As you can see, he has a handgun instead of a katana. It's just something from an old Gundam model. Again, there's tiny bits I missed until seeing the pics. These figures were my B-projects anyways so I don't mind my mistakes all that much.

So that's all I got for Toku customs. I mostly work on GI Joe customs, so most of my work can be found on Hisstank. I'll leave you all with a pic of all 8 of my Shinkengers.
