If they're the ones I'm thinking of, they're using scrubs of the TV-Nihon stuff. Unfortunately, it looks like only 16 of those were made. They're using the encodes provided by BunnyHat on his website. The BunnyHat encodes are probably the best version of any tokusatsu you'll ever find, they're damn near spotless.
