It probably will, though that might be a while. CVIII got a release on the WiiU back in April on the 16th, followed by a 3DS release in Europe the next day for some odd reason. Finally a North American release for both the WiiU and 3DS on June 27th.

That being said, I would expect it to be slightly faster if only because it isn't a third party, hopefully at least a month earlier. So probably near the end of August.
