So, yeah, I'm in deep south texas in a high drought area and my house is effectively sinking. I need to get it leveled and that's big bucks. I'm already teaching summer classes at my high school and local college but am falling about $1500 short for repairs, so I'm selling off a big hunk of my collection, starting with my Mattels and my SH Monsterarts. I'm trying to keep prices as fair as possible (below ebay prices)while trying to meet my goals as well. All figs are in displayed condition from a smoke free home.
