I doubt the idea of the UV filter having been knocked loose; cameras these days tend not to have them installed, and they're useless extra cost with digital sensors. The only case in which a UV filter would drastically affect the colors is if you were using a film camera, in which case it would cast a blue haze on your pictures.
Nonetheless, see if you can't somehow adjust the color correction and white balance to get it into a working color temperature. As for the focus, there's really nothing I know of. If you can manually focus, see if you can mess around with that, in case you broke the AF motor in the lens. If none of that works, then the sensor is probably borked, in which case fixing this problem might end up being more trouble than a $200 camera is worth.
