Toei is a drama/movie production company. Toei tokusatsu programs are training grounds for new staff, and new talents. They will only increase LIVE productions to get more profit, not less.

For Garo it is a different case. It is a 'self-funded' project, and doesn't restricted to things that Toei has. Amemiya is a digital artist. As long as he has the right men and the right sponsor beside him Amemiya won't hestitate trying out risky projects.

While I agree with having the right men and sponsor, being a "digital" artist has nothing to do with taking a risky project. As long as the director or producer have the clout and desire to do it, they will do it digital or not. There are many"non-digital" artist who takes on risky project, even in Hollywood.
