This is all just touching upon a select few characters. It's quite a bit, so bear with me.


*SPOILERS FOR FAIZ*


Takumi Inui / Kamen Rider Faiz / Wolf Orphnoch: He's probably the only character who I wouldn't really change much. He's still Wolf Orphnoch, and he's still a loner who's afraid to let people in because of what he is. His story arc would kinda play out the same, so nothing I'd really change. I thought about making him more active in pointing out Kusaka's douchebaggery, but I think it's fine how he is. He's afraid to let people in so he allows himself to become the black sheep of the group because he doesn't want to accidentally hurt them.

Masato Kusaka / Kamen Rider Kaixa: His backstory wouldn't change at all; I don't see any real point. He still hates and distrusts Orphnoch because of what went down at the Ryusei School Reunion. However, the big change is that I would make Kusaka less of a dick. He'd still be a dick, but to the audience, it would all be justifiable (heh heh). An orphnoch slaughtered all of his friends and pretty much traumatized him, so he has a burning hatred for all of them. However, the reason I'd make him a little more justified in his actions is because, well, when I watched Faiz, Kusaka was THE main representative of the pro-human, anti-orphnoch side. When the only character who expresses this view is a completely irredeemable jerkass, it's quite hard to sympathize with him and his opinion. I don't know if I'd have him come around in the end, however. The one thing I liked about Kusaka is that he never truly befriends Takumi. I can't think of any other secondaries who don't even form somewhat of a non-venomous bond with the main hero.

Yuuji Kiba / Kamen Rider Delta / Kamen Rider Orga / Horse Orphnoch: Kiba could have had an interesting arc; if it wasn't for the fact that he spent a grand total of maybe 6 episodes being a villain. His backstory, like the others, would be the same, but I would make the descent more gradual. Yuka would die earlier on, not so early that she leaves no impression with us, but maybe in the mid-30s. Before that would be tons of build up to this point; the humans start taking an active role in hunting down Orphnochs, Kaixa included, and Yuuji's belief that humans and orphnochs can live together in peace slowly starts to dwindle away. Yuka dies, and Yuji becomes the president of Smart Brain. His first order is to retrieve the Delta and Kaixa gears, and convince Takumi to join him. With the help of Lucky Clover, Yuuji retrieves the Delta gear and becomes it's main wearer. As Yuji becomes less and less reserved in trying to eradicate humans, the Delta gear becomes more addictive. Realizing this, he secretly works to develop the strongest Smart Brain gear, Orga, which holds more power than all of the other Gears, and without the setbacks. At the same time, he also develops the Riotroopers. The Delta Gear is then passed on to Kaidou. The reason I wanted Yuji to become Orga is because I feel that Orga is the dark counterpart to Faiz, much like Yuji is to Takumi. Takumi doesn't believe orphnochs and humans should be together, which is why he tries not to form relationships with humans. Yuji believes in the opposite; that peace can be achieved. However, the roles reverse. In the end, Takumi finds himself believing in Kiba's dream while Kiba has given up and not only does he not think that humans and orphnochs should be together, but he believes humans should be eradicated. I believe that Orga would be symbolic of this change in Kiba's personality.

Naoya Kaido / Kamen Rider Delta / Snake Orphnoch: His backstory, like the others, would remain the same. He mostly serves as comic relief, until Yuka's death in which he decides to join Smart Brain alongside Yuji. When Yuji becomes Orga, the Delta gear is passed on to Kaido. At first, Kaido and Yuji form a 'dynamic duo' of Riders. However, Kaido becomes increasingly frustrated with Kiba, seeing many of his acts of violence as unnecessary and uncalled for. The boiling point would likely involve some morality pet of Kaido's who Kiba would either kill or maim. At the same time, his aversion to violence makes him less susceptible to the addictive side effects of the Delta gear and he becomes its primary user for the remainder of the series.

There's a few more characters that I want to touch upon outside of the main Riders, but I'm still brainstorming ideas and this is just some that I happened to have in my head.
