As far as airliners go, the best I've flown is Cathay Pacific. Service is great, food is delicious and the in-flight entertainment is worthwhile. And the flight attendants are gorgeous.

On the other hand, Philippine Airlines is the complete opposite. Their planes are falling apart (the air conditioning died out on my last flight with them), the food is horrible and the in-flight entertainment is outdated. Oh yeah, their flight attendants are old.

In terms of airports, the best one is Hong Kong International Airport. Railway transportation to and from Hong Kong is a breeze, the airports facilities are extremely clean and organized, and it makes good use of vintage airplanes to decorate the terminals.

Meanwhile, I've never been at an airport worse than Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila. JFK Airport pales in comparison to the Manila airport's lack of running water, insufficient lighting, useless security measures, and the number of street children harassing tourists to pay for pictures. Also, you have to pay a terminal fee for a building that's falling apart.
