this applies to both shows kamen rider and sentai, i keep hearing gripe about both shows needs more toys to keep the show going, i just dont think that's true because you need ratings as well to keep it running as well.

i just think if you look at shinkenger and kamen rider double which was last that had both good ratings and successful toylines, they were both well written and didnt have to rely on toys to make it successful, it's the matter of execution, they were both fun shows and so were the toylines.

if you look at the shows after shinkenger and double, they werent very fun in my opinion especially the toylines had alot of flaws, they werent accurate to the show accept for gobusters which i think was a good toyline but the show was poorly written, not fun at all.

my point is i really think for both shows, they should go back to making things simple and fun instead of adding so many toys to the story where it's not fun at all. if you want good ratings and good toyline, make them fun like shinkenger and double.
