The build was different enough from the average HG 1/144 to be a novel and entertaining diversion. The size of the finished product is a tad on the small side; the 5" scale is barely represented in my collection. Sadly the cape on this kit is rather disappointing. Instead of a soft goods or solid plastic cape we got a piece of printed plastic sheet. Given how the cape actually connects to the body, it is an easy enough fix with a small bit of black fabric. The color separation is what you would expect of Bandai and there are no stickers to speak of. It was a decent first offering in a new product line. So much so that I'm contemplating picking up the Sarah Palmer kit.
