I first found out about Kikaider in an old daikaiju fanzine called The Kaiju Review. I was immediately intrigued with the series and wanted to get more information. I loved the idea of the Dark Corps and all the animal-based monsters. But this was pre-Internet, so I had to back burner that until I got to college and the information super-highway (remember that term?) was opened up to me.

Kikaider to me will always be one of the classics of the genre, even if more people nowadays know it from the anime then from the tokusatsu. I liked the anime but it was way too short.

Generation Kikaida has DVDs available of Kikaider, Kikaider 01, and Inazuman, as well as Kamen Rider V3. A little pricey but very good quality from what I have seen.
