I like how the actors got so batshit insane in this episode. Redyue's scene was so intense, my hands were curling up from it.

Urobutcher totally wrecked the whole monsters are final boss trope by wrapping up the Overlord arc this way. We have a good 6 episodes or so to wrap up the plot threads... I think that's a healthy amount of time to do so. Especially with DeathRyugen already on stage next week.

Can't wait for Overlord Baron! And I wonder if they'll do an Overlord Kouta too.

On a side note, the Overlord-to-character parallels here... Amazing. Both Takatora and Roshuo were betrayed. Both Mitchy and Redyue betrayed their respective counterparts, who were both authority figures in their lives. And it remains to be seen if Kaito will give in to power just like Demushuu did.
