No they aren't interchangeable, that's not an intended feature here. That's what Arms Change is for. These figures are made with armor permanently attached to their bodies. Unless you literally take these figures apart, possibly damaging or destroying them in the process, you can't do it.

You have to customize them and even then it isn't perfect. Most of the people who've done it have simply taken the torso chunk from one figure and swapped it over to another, but there's almost no way to make the helmet appropriate with out proper tools and high customization skills.
