A Figuarts release wouldn't necessarily be unlikely. They had no problem releasing Lucario under the Figuarts name. If they don't have a problem releasing a Pocket Monster under the title, I don't think they would have any issue with Digimon.

Although Lucario is, for the time being, the only Pokemon released under the figuarts name. So it could just be an oddity. But I think just to keep things streamlined they wouldn't want to release different characters across different lines, humanoid or not. We didn't get Moguera or Mecha Godzilla released under SRC for example, they're still MonsterArts.
