I really don't get the complaint here. The Riders that got the most screen time were the ones that had the original actors back. I'm not going to complain because some dude in the Kuuga suit and a random voice actor didn't get as much focus as Kento Handa and Ryo Hayami, the latter of which hasn't appeared as Jin Keisuke in over three decades.

I mean I'm not asking that they each have their own individualized subplots. I'm just saying that they should have done more on-screen than punch something, never to be seen again.

Which is why it's kinda annoying that the Super Sentai guys got more attention than a majority of the Kamen Riders, in a Kamen Rider movie.
