And if it wasn't for him, none of the stuff you care about would exist. Not saying you need to like his work, but you should know who he is, seeing as how he pretty much invented tokusatsu.

I could care less about anything going on in a Godzilla movie until the monsters show up and start smashing things. The only enjoyable Godzilla movie i have ever seen from beginning to end was Final Wars.

Second, have you seen the original Mothra vs. Godzilla? Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla? Mothra especially is a lot of fun.
