Oh, here's the morpher for Game Knights:
Control Morpher (a SNES-style video game controller mounted on their arm)
The morph by putting in the Konami Code and then the morphing sequence involves the suit appearing through wireframe then being filled in with color and details.

The super mode is Game Knight Crossover, where one takes on the power of another teammate (Purple Ranger nonwithstanding) to supercharge their own. They retain their powers.

Red's Level 2 form is Gamemaster mode, where he uses the powers of all six rangers simultaneously.
