I thought it was; going off of MyAnimeList, which has always said it's only twelve episodes long. That's why it's such a bad ending to me. I'd love it if there were at least one more to wrap that up though.

I think the only one of the current season/carrying over into the next is SAO II. Yeah, it's really weird.
