There was one specific scene in Kyoryuger that pretty much killed the show for me. It was during the KyoryuGray arc (and no, it's not the "you're too perfect!" exchange, although that was also godawful). The five Rangers had to undergo mental trials where they faced off against some of the stupider weapons in their arsenal. The four non-Reds really had to work to overcome the attacks. Now, by this point I'd started to get really annoyed at how overpowered and flawless Daigo had become, something that started when he was able to block Ucchy's legendary unbeatable sword technique after seeing it done once. But I figured "Hey, maybe this is it. Maybe this is the moment when we see that Daigo isn't perfect. Maybe the other Rangers will struggle, but pass their tests and Daigo will fail his and have to learn from it."

But no. He did the same tests as the other four, all at the same time, and was still done first. That was pretty much my "fuck this noise" moment with Kyoryuger.

Honorary mention to the "I can't save the world, I have to bake a little boy's birthday cake!" bullshit from Goseiger. I am contractually required to bring that up every time a topic like this arises.
