Actually Kira was skipped from the Dino Thunder key pack in favor of guess who? But she should be getting a release in that 20 key and Morpher set soon.

Although I wouldnt mind actually getting the Morphin Madness set as an exclusive, even if it still had a Tommy key in it.

Yes but these are, aside from maybe some shinier paint, the exact same thing as retail. If Bandai is too cheap to make new keys for retail, then make them like this exclusive set instead of releasing the same shit over and over again.
