Uh... it is out on Blu-Ray. That is what I watched it on. It is included here:

The new 15 disc set includes the ten movies, a TV version of II, the Producer's Cut of 6, the 2007 disc of the original, a 4 hour documentary disc on Zombie's remake, and a bonus disc with a ton of extra features on it, with new making of documentaries for 4 and 5, episodes from a show called Horror's Hallowed Grounds (featuring the locations for I, 4, 5, and 6), interviews, commercials, the original movie with the TV footage inserted into it, etc. Also, the Producer's Cut disc includes a ton of new bonus features as well including an interview with Danielle Harris on why she wasn't in it, some of the crew talking about Donald Pleasance, the original teaser trailer, an interview with Malek Akkad, and several other things.
