But like with the RG this is something that you forget in the heat of the show because of how well it sucks you into the show. But even then this is an aspect which makes no sense logically.

Trans-Am is the signature ability of Gundams in 00 so I kind of forgive that.

But you are definitely right, how do the plavsky particles decide whether a kit gets Phase Shift armor, PEME, anti beam coating or whatever technology is something I'll never udnerstand.
