Because they're not as good. Rotom-W is by far the best of the Rotoms and Hippowdon is simply not as good as Tyranitar at all!

The points I'm trying to make are that OU is boring, Flygon and Kingdra deserve some love regardless, the other Rotoms still have their place (though Fan would be great if it got Hurricane and there was an item that negated Abilities that it could Trick onto others), and Hippowdon actually can take a Mach Punch to the face.

But yeah, I just want to use and see more use of the sadly unloved Pokemon. Why can't we love more of the classics man?! Mr. Mime can wall Dragons now!
